Messaging channels
The greatest thing about Activechat is the ability to build your chatbot once and use it anywhere! Building multi-channel chatbots is easy.
Currently, Activechat supports Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Twilio SMS, and website chat widget as communication channels, with the addition of e-mail as an extra communication channel. You can build the conversation and then re-use it on every channel.
More channels will be supported soon, including voice.
