This skill will be triggered automatically every time your customer loads a new page on your website. You can use system attributes to get detailed information about the visited page (like URL in the $_last_page_visit_url attribute), and about the customer (browser, type of operating system, IP address, etc).

By default, this skill is set up to handle simple automations that you can create in the "Website messages" section of your virtual assistant settings. Once you are familiar with our visual conversation builder, you'll be able to customize website messages generated by your virtual assistant to start complex interactions based on a deep understanding of customer data.
