Activechat is a subscription-based service. All projects are charged on a monthly basis. There is no contract, so you can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Annual subscriptions are also available with a 15% discount.

The pricing is based on the number of live chat agents in your team and starts at just $49 per agent per month. You can choose a plan that fits your team size and needs. Also, there's a small extra fee per active conversation if the volume exceeds the plan limit.

You can estimate your cost based on your current usage and the number of live chat seats in the "Settings - Billing" section of the platform. Just choose the required number of live chat seats and your expected monthly conversations volume to see the instant quote.

Which plan is good for me?

If you are a small or medium business, the "Team" plan is a great option. It offers you every platform feature except automatic intent detection ("Insights") at a reasonable cost of $49 per agent. The price is for agent seats only, and you can have an unlimited number of other team members with various roles working on your project (conversational designers, product managers, administrators, etc).

Larger businesses usually choose the "Company" plan. It starts at $169 per agent per month (10 seats minimum) and includes advanced AI-powered features like custom ML model training for smart live chat suggestions, automatic intent detection, custom analytics dashboards, a dedicated account manager, and up to 20 hours of custom development per month to help you properly integrate conversational AI into your business framework.

What's a project?

A project is a combination of a live chat tool, a virtual assistant, and a conversational AI suite for your business. Each project can be connected to multiple channels (Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS, website chat, etc) as long as they are hosted by the same organization or website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard credit & debit cards. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Are prices the same worldwide?

Yes, your account will be charged in US Dollars. Local prices may change as exchange rates fluctuate.

What's an active user?

An active user is someone who interacted with your live chat agent or virtual assistant during the current billing period. If you have 1,000 users in your CRM, but only 100 of them had conversations with your business, only these 100 will be counted as active.

Do paid plans have a minimum contract?

Activechat plans are monthly or annually with no contract. You can cancel or change the plan at any time. Enterprise contracts and custom pricing models may have different terms.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?
