Sending messages

Communication is the first and foremost task for every chatbot, and Activechat has plenty of blocks to do this.

Each block in the Messages category has a “Typing delay” setting on top of the block editor. This setting is used to control “typing…” time to make bot communication more human-like. If you choose “auto”, the bot will calculate delay time automatically, based on the length of the previous and current messages.
