FILE block can be used to share files with your chatbot users. It’s a lot like MEDIA block, the only difference is that instead of a built-in player these files will be opened in the user’s web browser.

Direct upload is not supported yet, so you will have to upload your file and make it available online first.

Please note the size limits: it’s a maximum of 25 Mb on Facebook and 20 Mb on Telegram.
