Adding new skills

As the complexity of your agent increases, you’ll need to add more skills to it. Also, if you’ve migrated your bot from the previous version of Activechat, some skills may be missing, and you’ll need to add them manually. Here’s how to do it.

1. Go to the “Automation – Skills” in the main bot menu.

2. Click the “plus” sign in the top right corner of the visual builder.

3. Type the skill name and click “Create skill”
