With the MEDIA block, you can send video and audio files to your chatbot users. Direct upload is not supported yet, so you’ll have to upload your files somewhere first and then use an absolute (direct) link to the target file.

Start with pasting the file link into the MEDIA block editor.

Once the link is in place, click the “File is not valid. Click to validate” button. You can also set a Title of your file. Please note that the format of your file will be displayed to your chatbot users in the chat window.

If everything is good, you will see a confirmation that file format and file size are ok.

Users will receive media and will be able to play it with the native media player right inside the messenger.
