This guide will walk you through various customization options available in Activechat (most of them pretty self-explanatory, though).
Bot name and avatar affect your website chat widget appearance. Use these settings to customize your chatbot to fit your website style and company tone.
You can change it in “Settings – General”.
Bot currency setting affects the display of product prices in e-commerce integrations and in the built-in shopping cart blocks.
You can change this setting in the “Settings – General – Advanced settings” menu.
This setting affects the language for the voice input feature in the website chat widget.
